Our commitment
HealthView Pharms Inc. is committed to providing information and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. We designed this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, as required by the Integrated Accessibility Standards under the AODA, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a “skip to main content” link
- All features, including the age check and menu, can be used with a keyboard
- Text and interface colours that meet or exceed AA contrast ratios
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Age check fields with visible labels and error messages that screen readers announce
- Layouts that adapt to zoom up to 400% and to small screens
- Respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting
